2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.
• Prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• By placing an order you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and will provide a full refund if payment has been taken.
• Order confirmation emails are sent automatically and do not constitute a binding contract until the order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items and personalized/custom products are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Buda-Pest and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Submit false or misleading information.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
